Location and Parking

We are located at 791 Princess Street in Kingston, Ontario. Conveniently located on the first floor of the Frontenac Medical Centre. Our clinic is fully accessible with parking behind the building in the Gorsline parking lot.

Appointments

Clinic services are by appointment only. Please contact us by phone or email to book. Since Chiropodists have prescribing rights, a doctor’s referral is not required to book an appointment. Simply call or email our office manager Hannah to book.

Please note that cancelled appointments require 24-hour notice. This allows us to fill cancelled appointments from a cancellation list.

No Show Policy

Patients must give 24 hours notice of any appointment changes. Failure to provide adequate notice for cancelling an appointment may result in a no-show fee. The Fee is equal to the cost of the missed appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

Due to an increase in late arrivals, we have implemented a Late Arrival Policy. The time late will be taken from your scheduled appointment time. (For example, 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment leaves 10 minutes remaining.)

Payment

Our services are covered by most insurance companies. We are a registered provider with Blue Cross, Green Shield, Canada Life, DVA, WSIB, and we are a Certified Civilian Health Practitioner for the Canadian Armed Forces. For those without coverage we accept cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay.
